Yoga For Adults at Effort & Ease

Yoga With Greta

End your evening relaxed,

rejuvenated and energised.

Greta provides thoughtful Yoga Classes in a Hatha-Vinyasa flow sequence that are a mix of playfulness, breathing and

meditation infused with movement.  Class caters for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Through practising yoga, you can develop more unity between your mind, body, and soul; become more conscious and more effortlessly focussed in your day-to-day life.  We use our body in the physical practice of yoga as a tool to accomplish this.

Yoga with Greta

Yoga considers the whole person, not just the
physical body. Every yoga class will use a combination of movement, stillness, pranayama (moving energy through your body using breath), and meditation.

My Philosophy

Life is challenging, my goal is to empower people by providing them with specific tools to navigate the terrain.

People attend yoga classes for many reasons, I am conscious of this and provide the canvas and tuition to help them obtain

their wellbeing goal.

For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine

both strength and mobility work. I provide thoughtful Yoga Classes in Hatha/Vinyasa flow sequences that are a mix of

playfulness and meditation infused with movement. If you leave my yoga session feeling more relaxed and healthier than when

you walked in, my work is done.
